Privacy policy

The short version
Every tool on this site runs in your browser. Text you paste, files you upload and results you produce are processed on your device and are not sent to our servers. We have no user accounts and we do not sell personal data.
What stays on your device
- Tool input and output. Formatting, converting, hashing, image editing and the other tools work locally with JavaScript and WebAssembly. Nothing you enter is uploaded.
- Settings and recent input. To pick up where you left off, the site saves your last input, tool options, theme and similar preferences in your browser’s local storage. Only you can see them. Clearing your browser’s site data removes them.
Share links
When you use Share on a tool, the link contains the tool’s options and, when it fits, your input in compressed form after the # sign. The part after # is never sent to any server, including ours, but anyone you give the link to can read it. Do not share links that contain passwords, keys or other secrets.
Feedback form
If you send feedback, we receive the message, the type you picked, the address of the page you were on and its language, plus your name and email if you choose to give them. The form is delivered by Web3Forms, which forwards it to us by email. We use it only to reply and improve the site, and we delete it on request.
Analytics
We may use Google Analytics to count visits and see which tools are used, for example how often a tool runs or a result is copied. These events never include what you typed or uploaded. Where the law requires consent (such as in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), analytics cookies are set only after you accept them, and you can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Advertising
We may show ads from Google AdSense or similar networks to keep the site free. Ads appear only outside the tool area. Ad networks can use cookies to show and measure ads; where consent is required, you are asked first. You can learn how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Services that see your request
Like any website, loading a page sends standard request data (IP address, browser type, page address) to the services that deliver it:
- Cloudflare hosts the site and may keep short-lived logs for security and reliability.
- Google Fonts serves the site’s fonts.
We do not combine this data with anything else to identify you.
Children
The site is a general developer tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal data.
Your choices and rights
You can clear local storage at any time, decline analytics and ad cookies, and use the tools without giving us any personal data. If you sent us feedback and want it corrected or deleted, contact us through the feedback form.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
