What it does

This tool combines one or more images into a single PDF file. Add JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF or SVG images, put them in order, choose the paper size, and download the PDF. It is handy for turning scanned receipts, phone photos of documents, screenshots or a set of slides into one file you can email, print or upload to a form that only accepts PDF.

Everything runs locally in your browser, so private documents such as IDs, contracts or bank statements are never uploaded anywhere.

How to use it

  1. Click Add images…, paste, or drag images onto the page. You can add more at any time. Sample loads two example images.
  2. Reorder pages with the arrow buttons, or remove one with ×. Each image becomes one page.
  3. Choose the page size: Fit each image (page matches the image), A4, Letter, Legal or A5.
  4. Choose the orientation: Auto turns each page to match its image, or force portrait or landscape.
  5. Set the margin (none, small 10 mm or large 25 mm) and the image quality.
  6. Click Download PDF. The summary shows the number of pages and the file size.

How images are placed

On a standard paper size, each image is centered inside the margins and scaled down to fit while keeping its aspect ratio. Small images are not stretched beyond their natural size, which keeps them from turning blurry. With Auto orientation, a wide image gets a landscape page and a tall one gets a portrait page, so you never end up with a tiny sideways picture.

Transparent areas in PNG or SVG images are filled with white, because PDF pages are printed on white paper.

Example

Three phone photos of a signed contract, each 3000 × 4000 pixels, on A4 portrait with a 10 mm margin and quality 85 produce a three-page PDF of roughly 1–2 MB that prints at full page size. The same photos with Fit each image create pages that exactly match each photo.

Limits

Very large images are reduced to 4000 pixels on the long side before they are added, which is still over 300 dpi on A4. The resulting PDF is a plain image PDF: text in the pictures is not selectable or searchable.

FAQ

› Are my images uploaded to make the PDF?

No. The PDF is assembled in your browser. Images are read from your device and the finished file is saved directly; nothing is sent to a server.

› Can I change the page order?

Yes. Use the up and down arrows next to each image to reorder pages, or remove an image with the × button. The PDF updates immediately.

› What does the Fit each image page size do?

Fit each image makes every page exactly the size of its image, with no white border. Choose A4, Letter, Legal or A5 to place images on standard paper with the margin you set.

› Will my images be enlarged or blurry?

Images are never scaled up beyond their natural size at 96 dpi, so small images stay sharp in the middle of the page. Large photos are scaled down to fit the page.

› How do I make the PDF smaller?

Lower the image quality. Pages are stored as JPEG, so quality 70–80 usually gives a much smaller file with little visible difference.
